TMEA has a multi-cultural environment, with diversity in gender, nationality and background as well as a lot of growth and learning opportunities. Working here has positively changed my professional view, especially during these early career years. It has given me an opportunity to engage and work with government, private sector, as well as civil society organisations across the region. Through direct involvement in designing, development, and implementation of trade and trade facilitation projects, I have been able proudly witness the impacts of what we do to improve trade as well as poverty reduction in the region.
