Overview.

TradeMark Africa (TMA) commissioned MarketShare Associates (MSA) to conduct a formative evaluation of the Rwanda Country Programme (RCP). The Rwanda Country Programme (RCP) was also launched in 2011. The RCP budget for Phase 1a from 2011 to 2016 is approximately is approximately US$33 million and includes 27 projects.
