Recently, you reported that the latest World Bank Africa Pulse report placed Rwanda and Tanzania as rapidly growing economies at above 7%. This maybe source, but it still cannot explain why jobs are so hard to find, even for graduates. If growth is measured on jobs created then probably we may not be doing so well and something is wrong.
